Saving pad mutes in sequence?

As i pre ordered the mpclive i have started try the older mpcsoftwaredemo to allready get a little known to the OS. What i cant seem to find out is if its possible to save the padmutes in a sequence?

The padmutes seem to behave independently from the sequence, is there a way to lock them to the sequence so every time a certain sequence starts the pad mutes always jump to the way the sequence is saved?

(I dont want to have a specially saved seperate programs for every sequence just for the mutes)
