Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.
As in 'live' performing both sound sources at the same time? No, you can only perform on one specific track and a track can only have a single 'program' assigned to it, be it a DRUM, KEYGROUP, PLUGIN or MIDI etc. You'll either have to have one sound source pre-recorded on a second track, or you'll need another application (e.g. a DAW) running the second instrument source.
And what about this - http://www.akaipro.com/kb/article/2015 ? edit: it's not possible to run MPC Essentials in MPC software right? Will I be able to load hybrid 3 in ableton? Confused af right now, I only used logic before, didn't expect mpc to be this advanced Also, I installed essentinals, but can't active it.... edit2: I can't find hybrid .dll lol
Since I couldnt load hybrid in ableton, I loaded mpc, but only pads are working and when I press buttons they are acting like pads also + there is noticable delay when playing wtf
The version of Hybrid in the MPC Software is not 'portable', you cant use it independently in other apps. If your host app supports the performing of multiple instruments simultaneously through different controllers you could try running multiple instances of MPC Essentials.
