MY Precount is not working

Hello everyone I am having a problem with my mpc black pre-count. For some reason it's not there any more, when I press record play/start it just starts recording instead of the pre-count of four. can someone please help me with this issue.

Did you check the metronome settings? It might be set to "off" instead of "record" on the Count-In.

My pre-count is now missing too.

Did you ever figure this out?
