MPC Studio in Logic Pro X - name of project (.xpj)

Hi guys, I didn't find anything about this yet: how do I get to know the exact names of the MPC projects files (.xpj) that are created when I save a Logic project?
My problem is, when I copy the Logic project to re-open it on another computer, I will need the MPC project file as well (which is not saved into the Logic folder but in the separated MPC folder).
Hope anyone can help me with this
