Exchange software between Apple & Windows

I bought the 2.0 software and was wondering if i can exchange the software between Apple & Windows.
I can deactivate the license by using iLok software, but will the same Activation Key work on Windows as well??

Activation is good for two computers, Mac and Windows so you'll be fine

Better still, put the licence on an iLok key and it then can be used in both without using both your licences.

The other advantage of the key is that you are not stuck if the hard drive on the computer dies and you can’t deactivate the licence to enable you to move it to the new one.
