Mpc renaissance compatibility

I recently got a mpc ren, and I tried to isntall the mpc software on my laptop (macOS monterey v 12.6.9 macbook pro intel i7), and every time I opened it it crashed. I suspect it doesn't run on the old 2015 mac I have, because of some messed up driver . But anyway, I tried to use mpc beats, which supposedly worked on the mpc ren, but it uses the soundcard in my laptop, and dosn't use the mpc ren's output or input jacks. If anybody needs clarification or has a fix to this issue, please comment. Thank you.

****Audio interface is not officially supported past macOS 10.12.
There is the audio driver on mojave

But I don't think it can work as an audio interface

The strange thing it's that the software crashes , it shouldn't

As usual I suggest dual booting with Windows 10 , where there are no compatibility issues on MPC Software and hardware

I’m running 10.13.6 OS High sierra
With a 2012 Mac Pro 2 x 2.4ghz 6core intel. With 64g ram. And I’m running my Ren still. BUT, I’m still on 2.4.0 with the mpc software. Runs fine. Try loading older version of software.
