[FIXED]os2xl3.16 nextseq+jog over bar field in main graphic

There's a small graphic bug if use that shortcut over the bar field in main screen next to the sequence name.

The name of the sequence will eventually change after releasing the next seq button and the jog wheel whereas in other fields of the main screen it's in "sync" with the data wheel moves.

4. [MAIN]
When cursor is in the BARS field, change of a sequence cannot be performed even if it turns a DATA wheel, holding the NEX SEQ button.
