[request] SEQ EDIT - Events - All tracks or track range

so the request is for an additional option to the SEQ EDIT - Event tab. Right now you can only select one track at a time. With the new option you could select either all tracks of a sequence or a range of tracks.

+ would be good if the SEQ EDIT window will not reset the time range and jump back to main view after clicking do it.
