[resolved] XL3.17 Can't load a project file

I can't load a project file in new version of jjos2xl 3.17
Mode->Load->Project01->Do It
Result:

It happens with all my projects

I'll install 3.17 and see if i can reproduce the bug. Did u report this?

Loading projects works fine here. Did you try to start the mpc holding [ERASE]?

Yeah I have no problem opening my project files so far in JJOSXL3.17.
Is it happening repeatedly? or just once? How old is the project file? I have loaded older ones but not real old ones yet. So was wondering if it was a backwards compatibility problem here. Either that or your project file is corrupted. If it happens a lot, I would mount the drive make a copy of the folder with that project and everything with it, and try to load the copy that you made. If is same result then project file might be corrupted??

Starting with holding [erase] doen't help.

Downgraded now to 3.16 - all works.

How old is the project file

All projects made in 3.16

Have you updated FREE JJOS? Do that as well, as its in your MPC as well with JJOSXL. See if that helps

Yeah I too downloaded and installed the latest free jjos prior to 3.17.

Why I need to install free jjos? OS2XL depends on FREE JJOS?
Now I have OS1+OS2XL.

Hmmm... Just installed free 3.13 and then xl3.17. All works

You got me to short to even remember this fact

EDIT: "It is installable even from the screen of load of OS1 into which the password is entered"

so loading xl from free os is for newcomers, and seems my memory is fine I've paid only 85$ for all os's.
