[?][NOTE ON and NOTE REPEAT]

Hello,
I don't use NOTE ON much, mainly ONE SHOT and LOOP&HOLD.
Is that normal when I kept a pad pressed with note repeat and then release the note repeat button that the sample stop?

yeah cos sample only plays as long as you press pad. OR did i miss something?

Depend on what you have in Amp ADSR

I keep the pad pressed, when I release the NOTE REPEAT button the sample stop.
AMP has an influence but it should work when I release the pad not the note repeat button. I'll check twice to see if it was not a random issue.

=> NOTE ON PAD + NOTE REPEAT
=> NOTE ON PAD only
=> sample stop even if note on pad is kept pressed.

Oh yea now i see what ya mean. yeah it does that and i just think its limitation in that mode. I have just copied pad to get around it and change it to one shot and think that cos its on hold play then it wont. Its been like that for ages so I assume limitation. Who knows? Yeah it should act same though I guess.

Indeed it's probably a limitation. Not a big deal.

Confirmed as a limitation. It's because NOTE REPEAT sends a NOTE OFF message impacting NOTE ON play mode when released. Initially to avoid an issue in which the sound would never stop.
