[BUG] OS2XL Incorrect Swing

You can see if you take a straight 16th note pattern with no swing. Go to T.C. change swing to 75, fix, and it's now swung 16th notes. Go back to T.C., change the swing value and it pushes the notes to the wrong place.

1. program a pattern of repeating 16th notes.
2. go to timing correct, set swing to 75 and press fix to requantize.

everything works fine to this point.

3. go back to timing correct, set swing to another value and press fix to quantize.

now all the notes that were swung will be pushed to the right instead of back to the left.

Reported and confirmed. Seems there is an issue with swing 75%. To be continued

Fix delayed at this moment. Seems to create problems with quantize strength.
