Behavior when NOTE ON of the same note is continuously received by the external controller is strange.

1. Recording became possible in Real-time Time stretch / Pitch shift
Moreover, the reaction of the slider in time stretch has been improved.

2. [TRIM]
F2 (STRETCH) button was added.
F2 (TEMPO) button was changed into SHIFT+F2 (TEMPO).
