That would help, but you can also q-link it or edit in grid mode.
The following behavior for UNDO SEQ:
right now in order to undo a recording/overdub you have to stop the sequence.
Would be a cool feature if you could undo on the fly, and if it would only undo whatever you recorded the last time you pressed REC,
i.e. You got a sequence playing in a loop, you're jamming over a beat, u like something, hit record, then back to playback mode, jam a bit, till you like something again, go into record, now, if you mess up you just go back into playback mode and hit UNDO, which will undo only the last recording, all of this on the fly.
