So I've searched and searched about this problem but i keep coming up with Poly/Mono setting in the PROGRAM window as well as the TR Mute/Mute Group (not the solution).

Have recorded a 4 bar piano loop on logic and recorded it into my MPC. i started layering hi-hats, then a snare part which consists of 1/32 notes. The 4 bar sequence will play, but random snare notes (001.03.36, 002.04.12, 003.03.24, 004.03.48) will cut off my piano sample. I nudged the first note that cut off my sample (001.03.36) back to 001.03.35 and the sample played until it hit the 002.04.12 note. i tried to nudge that note as i did the first interference, but it continued to cut the sample off.

I know it has nothing to do with poly and mono because they are two different samples. i know that it is not the mute groups because none are set.
Any advice is much appreciated!

Why not move anything having to do with the snare pad to a completely different track and see if you still get the problem?
