Are the ads supposed to appear under the first post?

the ads used to be on the bottom of the page under the posts, did you move them up on purpose or is it a bug or something?

or is there something wrong with my computer?

They're supposed to go there, apparently it's the most effective place to put them and so far it appears to be true....
