Akai MPC 60 File Recovery Utility

I have 60 MK1 O.S. 3.10e

Did anyone used Akai MPC 60 "File Recovery Utility"?

My 60 is reporting a SOFTWARE BUG OF TYPE 11H.

I tried to use it once but it didn't work out the disk had errors or something.

Anyone willing to test this utility?

An error 11H at boot on an MPC60 is due to the *.SYS file failing to load.

This could be caused by:

1) corrupt *.SYS file on disk.
2) corrupt disk.
3) the MPC OS version installed in ROM not being compatible with the *.SYS file you're trying to boot from.

Try downloading the file again and save it onto a freshly formatted DD disk.
