MPC3000 list at Yahoo groups has this file in their files area.
AKAI's web site has this file in their dowload section for old/archived/discontinued products.
It is wise to obtain your OS upgrade in ROM.
The reason ?
Any version of MPC3000 operating system booted from floppy disk reduces the available sequencer memory for that boot session.
