i just got my zip drive workin on my 60..
whoever suggested hookin it up through a external HD was right..
i went and picked up another cable to test it out as a last effort, as i had just tried yet ANOTHER zip directly to the mpc last night and it failed as well

thats four zip drives i have now haha.. but it works through the hd.. weird.

oh well

now i wanna know if theres anyway to read the zip on my pc ? my usb zip wont recognize the disk..

At the moment, Win9x: Yes, Win2k/XP: no

Buy a cheap SCSI adaptec card off ebay or so. Stick it in the PC; Install the driver. Then hook one of the other drives to it.

Sorry. that will not work better then the USB
