I last spoke to Colin a few weeks ago.
He said the first batch were almost complete and he was waiting on parts to be delivered to finish them off.
Haven't heard anything since.
The delay seems to have been Colin being super busy with Cirklons and stuff and obviously waiting on parts, etc.

I will post again when I get any more news.

There's a batch of displays ready.
Colin says there will be a purchase page up on the Sequentix website when he gets the time to do it..(hopefully within a week.)

Is there already something like an sign-in list?

Greets

I don't think there's a list. Will probably be first come ,first served when the purchase page is up.

Looks like it could fit the 3000 as well, why wouldn't it?

For clarification: Is this an exchange for the EL-backlighting only or a complete display (including the LCD)? Won't the removal of the inverter be a part of the job (as it's not being needed anymore), where is it getting it's power?

Is it an OLED?

Viewing angle is good. Works with the contrast knob.

Complete LCD exchange. It is lit by itself without the need for a backlight, so there is no cable to the inverter. I disconnected the power lead to the inverter from the power supply and left the inverter in the machine for safe storage/preservation.
It gets it power from the ribbon cable to the PCB.

Does it draw less power than the Original Display+Inverter?
