I'm currently testing an awesome new display for the MPC 60.
Bright and clear
Drop in replacement, no soldering required.
No need for EL foil and inverter, meaning no hum/whine.
Lit by LED for long life backlighting.
Here it is in action. The blue is darker in real life.

They should be available for sale in about a month from http://www.sequentix.com/
Price to be announced.

Only for the original (and best,lol ) MPC60 .
Will not fit an MPC60 mkII or 3000.

But that's where the real sound of the 60 comes from.

Price will be the key to it's success.

Awesome!

Any choice of colours and will there be normal/inverted options?

Depending on price, these should sell well.

Thanks for sorting this out.

Thanks Mitch.

Even if not necessarily off the shelf, would be good, if they were available in other colours, and you guys didn't want to produce them in other colours for stock, if maybe they could be preordered when a batch is being made up?

Unfortunately, the display is too large for the MPC60 II.
