What does 'High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! ' mean? A bunch of articles copied from Wikipedia?

It's a self published 'print on demand' book, so without any actual information, such as detailed book description, table of contents, 'look inside', customer reviews etc, I would assume it's some kind of scam.

EDIT:

Here you go, an article about the, ahem, 'author' and the publisher. And it does actually seem that all they do is copy content from Wikipedia.
