Looks to me like one of those amazing ghostinmpc custom jobs. I would love to know where they source their parts too.

If your talking about the main volume and rec level knobs also, you'll have to find compatible products by doing your homework. You'll need the basic specs of the knob size/diameter and shaft length/diameter/type. When it comes to custom knobs, the choice is unlimited.

OKAY here we go, did some of my own research and came up with something. After waiting two weeks my knobs arrived, I decided to share this with anybody who is interested.

Now, you don't have to order these exact knobs but they MUST be very similar in specification (height, width, fitment). The only down side is you have to buy in bulk, that's a plus for anyone with a few 3000's. Now I'm not sure if they will fit on other mpc's but they might.

Here are pictures from when they arrived today:

These anodized aluminum jog wheel knobs look pretty dope on eBay. They work great and is easy to install without disassembly  :

Interesting how you are using non 3000 buttons there too. I wonder of the Renaissance buttons would be a direct replacement drop in as they're the same size right? I just don't know if the standoffs on the buttons are the same as the default 3000 buttons.

Also, perhaps it would be worth getting a piece of carbon filter to put underneath to work as a dust barrier for the gaps the buttons leave exposed?

I don't know about the Renaissance buttons but the MPC2000 buttons are very slightly smaller than the 3000's buttons but they fit. The standoffs on the smaller buttons were perfect. With the red buttons from the MPC2000 I had to slightly cut down so they could push on the 3000's new tact switches.

The black smaller MPC2000 buttons aren't too bad of a gap on the 3000 but the MPC2000XL red buttons I installed on the 3000 are way too small and show a horrible gap in them.
I'm still looking for someone to 3D print these Play/Record buttons. They would make a small fortune.
