zone /// temp storage

hey. hope everyone is well. searched around to no avail.

Obviously sampling and editing the sound is no problem

on the right side when you edit samples. and when you have DO ( soft key 4) put the zone into temp storage.. where does that go? and how do you keep/ assign that..

maybe i'm missing something really simple..

speaking from the 60 or 3000?

i think you mean the 60.
it goes in TEMP. to paste what you have put in temp, just sample a short sound of silence (0,1 sec) and insert it IN this new sound.

I installed vimana in my 60 today. Now i can "copy zone to snd". That was THE feature i was looking for. Its OS 3.15B called vimana.

yes, you're right. OS 3.50 Vailixi is capable of "copy zone to snd" feature.
it also has some other features, like starting the sequencer and edit the sample start/endpoint while the sequencer plays. you can copy your scsi drives and stuff like this, search the forum for the full feature list.
