MPC3000 format issues OS 3.11

Is it me or do the 3000 & LE have issues formatting floppies, CF Cards & SyQuest disks under OS 3.11? The 3.5" floppies, CF cards and SyQuest 135 disks ended up with an error and are now totally unusable after formatting on my 3000LE. I've tried in a PC and Mac with no help. :fku:
I hope shit gets better with the Vailixi OS 3.5 ROMs when I receive mine.

Nvm...
I went ahead and installed an internal SCSI card reader with the new OS.
