Vailixi Boot Screen is Blank and MPC is Frozen

Just purchased an MPC 3000LE off of eBay with Vailixi 3.50 and an internal CF Reader.

When I turn on the MPC with no card in the drive, the Vailixi boot screen doesn't not display any information other than "Vailixi 3.50" (no date, no serial, no licensed to).

Then when I get to the home screen the MPC is totally frozen. No buttons or knobs respond.

Anyone experience this before?

Check to see if the RAM sticks are seated correctly inside the 3000LE.
He'll... While you are in there, make sure everything is securely connected... RAM, both Vailixi OS chips, the plastic white wire connectors between the circuit boards...
