Valixi on ebay

I just got my mpc 3000le recently and im really wanting to upgrade to valixi, i can only find some random sellers on ebay and was wondering if that was legit? Has anyone experience with that?

What is "legit" to you?

Legit as in do the EPROM chips that are for sale on eBay work without problems? Yes they work fine.

Yeah thats what i meant by “legit” i read in the other thread that the mansel company is down, and the last reply was since 2013 so i just wanted to know if anyone had gone this way, since its impossible to buy from mansell lab

Yeah I understand what you mean. It's fair to estimate that basically anyone that purchases a Vailixi upgrade is getting it from eBay from the random sellers that are burning copies of the EPROMS.

Thankfully some of them are cool enough to actually customize your name and mpc 3000 serial number in it although most of them have that stuff blanked out or with lines going through the name and serial fields, it looks sh*tty but at least it still works.
