Popping noises in my beats on the MPC60

OKay so i was making a beat for like half an hour the beat sounded perfectly fine no pops then all of a sudden i just gets this random popping noise out of no where. What is that? Why does that happen? Is that a common thing? How do i get rid of it ?

The 60 does that at random times, at the start and end of sample. I've read that the D/A offset. may need to be re-calibrated. Check Page 11 in the MPC 60's service manual. Section 5.3

Whats D/A offset and how do i get it re-calibrated. I dont have a manual or money for one.
