I added about 10 minutes too late, but wanted to share nonetheless. My vote goes to Dazastah, dopiest best. Dope beats by all though, great sampling, learning on the fly with this site. Thanks!

I'm voting for Rokgod on this, I liked the piano type effect he made out the sample, it sounded nice & well engineered, plus the bassline was HeAvY. very well executed.
Martian Heights & Dazastah were my second favorites.

I think I'll start entering these, it seems a good way to improve & learn, it took me in a different direction I'd normally take & I picked up a few things on the way.

And now I want to come with something better next time, so it's all good
Ha ha.
Bigups to all !
PEEEAAACCCEE !

Just like to know what is going on with the date structure now, thought we were going for weekly, but this seems to of taken nearly 2 up until the closing vote time. Just like to know as I went to make a beat Monday and the poll was already up, 2 years of the same format has thrown it a little, we all need to stick our heads together, then propose the change to tutor, and that beat by Daz, DAAAYYYMM!!

I liked Bliprocks.
(Unfortunately I only got one vote.)
It was sparse and subtle, but it was creative if you listen.

The only thing I think I might criticize is that sometimes you do want something ham handed that jumps out and grabs the kiddies attention.
Just one thing can be good enough.

But then that depends what kind of beat you want to make.
Jazz music will never be as popular as pop, because it doesn't have that pop hook.
