1. must use at least one of the provided breaks

2. outside drums, bass and synths allowed

3. acapellas and cuts allowed

4. must use outside keys of some sort somewhere in the beat, whether vst or an outside sample chopped however you find to do it

ive got the mpc2000xl powered up but i dont have an external cd drive or any floppies or what to do with them anyway.. whats the best way to start making beats on it with what ive got goin on.. i saw this, not sure how it works or how good it is, or even how necessary it really is. pointers anyone? thanks in advance

i figured as much. yeah i grew up on the 2kXL. Great machine, but very simple compared to maschine2.0.

just plug what ever into it and sample. if you get a cf card reader you would be better off.

ended up with 24 boxes for 44 bucks

already lining up some jewels to share with y'all.

This sample is another dope choice.I may leave this one raw with very little processing.It really does`nt need anything added they way I used it.I will post mine tomorrow.

Been in a major beat slump. This sample is fresh, and inspiring though.

Nice Samples and Rules...but wasn´t sure about the breaks rule (if we could chop up...), so i basicly looped one. Only outside piano. Greetz
