MPC Live 2 pad swap

Hey all, new user here. I am looking for some advice - I swapped out the pads on my MPC Live 2 for fat pads + corx from mpcstuff. I did the swap on my work lunch break, so didn't test it properly, and the pads aren't working now.

I re-opened it and re-seated the two blue ribbon cables, but it didn't help. Any ideas of what to test next? The speakers, touchscreen, and other features seem to work - I can recall and play a project. The only missing functionality, as far as I can tell, are the pads. Thanks for your help!

Hey, quick update in case anyone was interested or had the same problem - I was able to fix it.

The problem was that I put the corx on the wrong side of the conductive sheet that goes between the rubber pads and the pad sensors. I re-opened it, removed the corx, and tested it again. It all works! Be careful if you install corx on your mpc.
