Akai s1000 & Ensoniq EPS as MIDI slave and Reaper as Master

I have a tiny problem. I make all the sequences as MIDI files in Reaper. With the EPS is everything fine but the problem comes with the s1000. I'll tryed [i think so] everything and i'm still stuck. How should i setup the s1000 to work with Reaper? The EPS has MIDI channels from 1 to 8. The s1000 plays all incoming signals from the PC. How should i set the Keygroups and MIDI for the s1000

If they are on the same cable as in daisy chained set the Akai to start at MIDI channel 9.

You forgot to say what the problem is.

No MPC perhaps...

run your eps midi output into your computers midi input run your computers midi output into your s1000 midi input s1000 midi out to eps midi in change the midi channels via reaper
