s900 o.s. 4 help

can someone explain to me how to write the 0s4 image to a dd floppy with omniflop? i downloaded the weirdly names image file from some site but i don't know how to write it. omniflop wont recognize tha extension (s900v4.tr.gz) <---something like that. i searched the forums but found only one guy who got it working and he didnt describe what he did

The guy that runs that blog is really into s900, you might be able to throw him a few bucks and hell send you a good disk.

thx Harmonic. I did try that site but i guess i'll just hit him up and ask him for more specific directions. If not i'll try and cop a disk from him. He does have a helpful blog

as you can probably tell my s950 is still gathering dust so i broke out the 900 to handle my bassline workload smh. If you're ever interested on where i am with that just to marvel at the sheer weirdness that has transpired, let me know, and put the coffee on. lol
