The more I see that video, the more I realize the dude don't know how to tweak the parameters properly. Most lowpass filters lose volume when the resonance is up. So this guy don't know what he's talking about. As far as the oscillator problem, i gotta investigate. I really need to try it out at Guitar Center. I cant rely on this video at all.

They have an app available now that is supposed to let you tune the synth oscillator properly.

I like what I hear, and I'd pay $200 easily, now that I hear how meaty it sounds.

I just installed the Mac version. Akai took their time. But they got it right with the Rhythm Wolf.

Also for those who don't RTFM, they also mention the temperature affecting the tuning.

Nah, I think it sounds exactly as I was expecting from the video I posted. It sounds better than the Volca, in my opinion.

I'll admit...
The vid you posted sounded much better than previous ones I saw and even better than what I remember from test driving it at GC. Maybe the monitors of GC did them no justice...

Yeah, it's a new idea. But I like it. It's easier than tuning my x0xb0x, which I need a multimeter and an oscilloscope. I wonder if anyone in the x0xb0x community would develop a similar app. It would be very convenient.
