I'm looking for standalone lightweight audio editor / sample chopper software for OSX.
The reason why I want this, is to allow me to sample and chop during work/fulltime job downtime.
I know about audacity and most DAW's, but I need something a bit more low profile and light, so been checking and found the following so far:

http://www.icedaudio.com/site/#about

https://felttip.com/ss/

http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html?ref=cj

https://www.rogueamoeba.com/fission/

https://www.oscillicious.com/beatcleaver/

https://www.renoise.com/tools/chop-sample

https://www.audioease.com/snapper/

I'm also using this other App that allows me to record what I hear - I listen to music on my earplugs while working and sometimes I find amazing loops (at least in my head); Back in the days I used to put the name down somewhere and sample letter. I'm using rogue piezo for this task.

Any tips are appreciated!
