When sampling into A or B or A + B, it only works on B. Any idea what the issue is?
I'm installing SCSI into this so I'll have to open it up anyway.

Probably the solder joint on that input lead is bad to say the least. If not, then something on that input path is defective.
Try re-seating the connectors to that board if you see any.
