Roland MV-8000...discontinued???

It turns out that the MPC competitor might be taken off the market. It has been confirmed in Europe that it is taken off the market (and I think even MPCs may have too due to Lead in them). I'm not sure if this going to happen in the US, but MPC users can rejoice if so (though I think the lead thing might happen for both companies). If it is discontinued, MPC users might also fear a newer, better MV, which could really destroy the MPC. Who knows, only time will tell what is exactly happening. All I know is that MVs are being taken off the market in many places, so let us see what happens...

........and just think I almost bought one of those joints.......The salesmen at SamAsh was like"yeah the MV-8000 is so hot right now we sell like three a week" Roland must be lining thier pockets to say such rubbish!!!1

i thought about getting one when my 2kxl blew up. glad i went with the 2500. i'm sure Roland will come out with something else. but then again they cancelled their mc909 and came out with that wack piece of gear mc808, so who knows.

After Roland stop lining JD's pockets he went right back to the MPC....and I think RZA is back on the 4000 as well
