Question on impc!

Hallo! I'm a new member of this forum so I don't know if this is the right place to post my question. Anyway,I recently got the impc app and I firstly wanted to know if this app can conform with the pro tools software. Besides I don't know how to record the whole of the sequences and control them as a unit . Can impc run as a controller ? Thank you in advance..

That sounds pretty unusual and I haven't seen people using App's as midi controllers yet, but perhaps they are..

If your stuck on using Pro Tools I would go to the Pro Tools forums and ask what they think is a good controller, but my inclination would be use a hardware type not software/app based, however I may be wrong.

Otherwise using and MPC Element ( about $100 ) is great for MPC software, but not so much for other applications.

Try Novation maybe.. their 'launch' midi controllers auto map really well to most DAW
