They're about 2 years too late. Many have given up on iMPC Pro and the rest are skeptical (rightfully so) about investing any work in a product from a developer that takes their sweet time adding critical features, deliberately cripples their products (still no Audiobus). Native Instruments has just released iMaschine 2.0. While the sample editing features are not great, it has some really nice song construction features AND they are offering 36 Expansion Packs for $.99! Their expansion packs blow Retronyms' packs out of the water. But the main killer feature is Project Export! Akai/Retronyms promised it nearly 2 years ago, never delivered but N.I. did:
