MPC Studio record new track moves midi from other tracks?

- Using MPC Studio 2.14 (just updated from 2.11... missed a few updates I guess). Issue was on 2.11 and still 2.14. Using MPC Black controller.

Issue example:

- Record midi on track one from bar 1:1 no problem

- Select track 2, arm recording and record midi from bar 1:1.

When track 2 is finished recording, track 1 midi has moved and now starts between bar 5:1 and 5:2 (random no idea why). Not adjusting anything in-between track 1 & 2 as far as bar, loop etc.

- Select track 3, arm recording and record midi from bar 1:1. When track 3 is finished recording, track 2 midi has moved and now starts between bar 2:1 and 2:2...

Or...it will just straight delete track 2 but not track 1 (still at bar 5:1) Super random.

Been using MPC studio for almost 4 years so I have a good understanding of the workflow so not making rookie mistakes as far as recording over same track or things like that.

Does this random craziness sound familiar? Any og's out there wanna help a homie out with a fix? Is it a setting?

Replying to my own thread in case anyone comes across this same issue. Turns out I had "record arm" set to multi vs single in Preferences > Sequencer. Switched it back to single and it's fixed. Turns out I did make a rookie move but oh well fixed!
