Slow Pad Response

Hello fellow Mpc community,
I'm new to the Mpc world and recently bought a Mpc Renaissance, I noticed that when I tap pads the sound lags a little behind my touch, so as you know it makes it very hard to create a beat like that..I would be greatly appreciative for insight and help to solve problem.
