"Mute tool"?

Keyboard shortcuts mention a "mute tool", yet it cannot be activated.
Keys for the different cursor modes are ESPM, for eraser, selector, pencil, and mute tool.
Yet mute tool is nowhere to be found…?

I'd love that tool!

Ren user here, so I don't have MPC 2.0. But, I'd love that too!!

I dont know. I dont use audio tracks on the MPC.

Okay, I see. I thought the tool was for muting midi events, which is what I really want! Sometimes I want to try out different arrangements of drums within a track or I want to try how different sample arrangements sound within a track and muting is really handy for that. I hate that I have to delete things and then eventually have to undo steps or make a copy of the sequence just for such a simple thing... I wonder why no one else has been wanting this or why I didn't make a feature request yet
