BPM jumping??

I am on 2.0.8 of the software, and has anyone had an issue of the BPM jumping around when you press play and/or record. Example: I have my BPM set to 103, but when i press play and/or record, it jumps to a default of 120BPM for playback. The cursor jumps over and highlights the bars.

Plus you cannot adjust the BPM, while the while playing.. Kind of glitchy and stuck at 120 BPMs

What controller are you using? I'm using an MPD232 and I'm fine. I use 2.0.8 at least 5 hours a week.
