Looper function in mpc software 2.1

In older software versions it was possible to have your recorded loop e.g. a guitar played live starting at 1.3 within a 4 bar sequence inserted at 1.3.
I can't figure out how this works in MPC software 2.1.
Help is highly appreciated.
