Software Corrupted?

I have an issue with a particular file that acts slow when I open the file.
Its seems to possibly be corrupted or something.
Can somebody help me solve the problem to get the file to act smoothly?

Its the 1.9.6 version of the MPC software.
And Im opening it through the software. You know, like I opening a regular MPC file.
