What turntable you get for the most part will not matter if it's just going to be sitting in the house, and your not djing with it.

It's an SL1200 clone for the most part. There is not much to turntables internally.

If you want someone to tell you which to buy, they are both different.

If you don't want to need a mixer to act as a pre-amp between your turntable and sampler, get the one with the built-in pre-amp.

If you plan to have a mixer between the turntable and sampler. Get the one from ZZ Sounds.

Having the mixer however is more then just for the pre-amp. You will have the option to EQ things before they go in. This can be helpful. But if that's not your thing, you get the one that's best for you.
