Hey guys,
I had an opinion question for you all. Looking for the best midi controller to go with my MPC Live. Want to be able to plug my guitar into that as well via my Pod HD 500. Looking for MIDIs in the price range of $100-$500. If I could get some feed back it's be much appreciated. :hmmm: Was lookin in akai apc key 25 but wanted other opinions

I would get the Nektar Panorama.

You can plug your guitar directly into the Live. The converters are sweet.

You didn't like the Nectar when I mentioned it in another thread
remember, key action wasn't decent iyo (in your opinion)?
You actually play keys if I remember correctly so anything short of weighted keys
leaves a bad taste for you and other real kybd'ist. I understand that feeling completely.
Glad you brought it up.

I've messed with both and am okay with both.

Neither has weighted keys if op is looking for that.

OP would do a great justice to self with either of these.

@op, check it.

Yep l didn't like the action of the keys on it . You can still use it for productin, but lm going to play some serious keys it would be weighted keys. I own a Yamaha KX which is semi weighted, they feel good when l play piano on it.

the controls on it is beastly on the Nektar. He wants that. If he can play keys on it then he can get one under 500 bucks.

The live has two TRS 1/4 inputs in the back. If hyou wanna hook up a keyboard that has sounds you can. If you wanna plug a guitar into those imputs you can.
