No loss in audio quality that I could notice.

I'm glad there are some users out there that don't have this problem. It's just a little disappointing that the overall response from akai has been that they don't really see it as an issue. They're trying to act like it was a deliberate decision to make it that way, like an apple mag-safe adapter, when it wreaks of cutting costs on something that's fairly expensive. It takes way less than a good pull for mine to come out.

Yes, my left headphone speaker has no sound coming out of it. It has so much wiggle room it's not funny. I got it brand new with seal not broken. If I don't insert it all the way and press a little to one side sound comes out both speakers. I have a pair of shure srh940 and a pair of beyerdynamic pro 770 and neither work on it. Was thinking about replacing it myself with a new jaxk but it's only 2 months old and I'm pissed I even have to do anything to it. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
