Hello Family.

Should I be getting a different sample quality when I record in controller mode vs standalone mode.
When I sample vinyl in standalone mode, I get a perfect recorded sample. but when I record in controller mode using the exact same parameters, I get a horrible sample and I cannot figure out why.

Thank you

Levels are probably too high. Clipping? Record at a Lower Volume

The sound I am getting is muffled. it sounds like the sample was recorded using an old 80s tape recorder. When I record samples in standalone, it sounds exactly like the record. I feel like im back to square one in a sense. Im thinking the problem lies in my software settings if I am not having the same issue while in standalone.

thx

What turntable, cables & interface are you using?

I am hoping to resolve this problem asap so that I can purchase MPC Stems.

I am not getting any signal from the SAMPLER when I am in controller mode. I have no issues sampling in standalone.

This is my set up. (Speakers to MAIN),(turntable to Input3/4)
