I'm guessing most on here all have a large sample library but I thought I'd share a resource with those still chasing sounds. I previously had been using splice to select individual samples but yesterday I came across noiiz.

From what I can gather, noiiz is a subscription service. For one year subscription ($199) you get access to every single sample phonics sample pack and I think there also some other companies too. All up there is over 400 packs. The quality (in my opinion from listening to demos) is good and there is a wide variety of sounds and genres. I have asked around online and it appears you can download full packs at a time.

I am yet to purchase noiiz, but will be doing so on payday, looks like a bargain. I also want to say I have no affiliation with any sample company, just looking to spread what I think is good value to others.

I'd also be interested to hear of other good value sample pack options.

I haven't checked out noiiz, but I can recommend Splice.com.

It's a monthly subscription service with thousands of loops and sample packs.

What I really like about Splice is you don't have to purchase the entire sound/sample pack. You can demo each sound and purchase those that you like.

Hey,
I'd try to look at some of these pages first. As for me, finding new samples is more or less like a good computer game :D
Here are some places where you can get samples for free.

http://www.soundbible.com - the title tells it all
http://www.freesound.org - a large repository of free (Creative Commons mainly) sounds. Sometimes weird, sometimes amazing. It's like a treasure chest or a candy shop.
http://www.philharmonia.co.uk/explore/sound_samples - sampled instruments of London Philharmonic Orchestra. As for me it was a great discovery.
https://www.lucidsamples.com - large amount (ca. 1GB) of free samples + good shop with electronic music dedicated sample packs.
https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=42 - sample section of a great audio forum. Numerous topics with further list
http://freemusicarchive.org/ whole free tunes/songs
http://sampleswap.org/filebrowser-new.p ... 2bb520dfa4 another sample repository
https://samplefocus.com/ - pretty new, but already nice online sample library. Right now it is free, you can upload new and download existing samples there
