I'm guessing most on here all have a large sample library but I thought I'd share a resource with those still chasing sounds. I previously had been using splice to select individual samples but yesterday I came across noiiz.
From what I can gather, noiiz is a subscription service. For one year subscription ($199) you get access to every single sample phonics sample pack and I think there also some other companies too. All up there is over 400 packs. The quality (in my opinion from listening to demos) is good and there is a wide variety of sounds and genres. I have asked around online and it appears you can download full packs at a time.
I am yet to purchase noiiz, but will be doing so on payday, looks like a bargain. I also want to say I have no affiliation with any sample company, just looking to spread what I think is good value to others.
I'd also be interested to hear of other good value sample pack options.
